Board Members

Barbara Kudis

President

Barbara Kudis is President of Allegheny Petroleum Products Co., a privately owned manufacturer of industrial, automotive and fleet lubricants; a distributor of lubricant additives; and a provider of fluid management services headquartered in Wilmerding. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Rollins College.

William Pricener

Secretary

Bill Pricener is a lifelong resident of the Borough of Wilmerding, where his family has lived since the 1890s. He is a graduate of the East Allegheny School District, Class of 1980 and the Pennsylvania State University. Bill has been employed by the YMCA of Greater for the past 32 years, where he currently serves as the Executive Director of the Allegheny YMCA, on Pittsburgh’s North Side.

Juan Pablo Hernandez

Treasurer

Juan Pablo (JP) Hernandez is a San Diego transplant, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager for GE Grid Solutions North America. His passions are teaching salsa to beginner students, riding his bike up the many challenging hills the city has to offer, and studying techniques to understand and mitigate the impact of financial risk to small businesses and families.

Rachel Booth

Rachel Booth is the owner and founder of RelyOn Creative, a web and graphic design firm located on Pittsburgh’s Northside. She is also a semi-professional latin dancer. Rachel lives in the city with her husband Eric, her son Mason, and their dog Ida.

Raquel Bouvy

Raquel is a film and television industry professional working in Pittsburgh. She is a founding board member.

John Hisiro

Dr. John Hisiro is a retired educator with six and a half years as a teacher and twenty eight years of administrative experience including eight years as a superintendent. He is currently teaching graduate level courses for Marshall University.
